Korea Foundation(KF) Scholarship

• Number of Recipients: Four

• Applicants to the IUC  Program can apply for the KF scholarship 

• Recipients of the KF scholarship can receive the fellowship for a maximum of one year.  

 * Students are supposed to apply for two semesters in combination(fall/spring, spring/summer, or summer/fall).

     It is, however, possible to apply for either the fall semester or the spring semester alone.

     Scholarships are not available for the summer program alone.

• Recipients are selected each semester.

• The KF shall provide the Fellows with tuition fees, insurance coverage, and a monthly stipend, as well a one-time settlement subsidy.(※Accommodation is not indluded.)

 * One-time settlement subsidy:  ₩300,000 for individuals with a Master's degree or below, ₩500,000 for Ph.D. candidate or above. 

 * Monthly stipend: ₩1,200,000 for individuals with a Master's degree or below, ₩1,400,000 for Ph.D. candidate or above.

Application Process

* Students selected as to-be fellows should submit a letter of acceptance of the IUC to the foundation a minimum of 7 days before the semester begins or the fellowship will be canceled.

Accommodation

- Accommodation not provided.

Obligation

- Update on positions and projects once a year for three years after the end of the fellowship (academic

  achievements, employment, theses, translation, and other activities)

한국국제교류재단(KF) 장학금

- 선발인원: 4명 

- IUC 고급학술한국어 과정의 지원자는 한국국제교류재단(KF)에서 제공하는 장학금 신청  가능

- 한국국제교류재단(KF) 장학생으로 선정된 학생에게 최대 1년 과정의 장학금 제공

 * 여름집중프로그램은 단독지원이 불가하며 정규학기와 결합하여 지원해야 함(봄/여름, 봄/가을, 여름/가을)

   정규학기는 단독 지원 가능 

- 장학금은 매학기 심사 후 결정

- 등록금, 정착지원금(1회), 보험료 외 월 생활비 지원 포함(※단, 숙소 개인부담)

 * 입국 지원금(1회): 석사과정생 300,000원, 박사과정생 500,000원

 * 월 생활비: 석사과정생 1,200,000원, 박사과정생 1,400,000원 

신청 절차

 * 학기가 시작되기 최소 7일 전 IUC 입학허가서를 한국국제교류재단(KF)에 제출해야 함. 이 같은 절차를 따르지 않을 경우 장학금 선정이 취소될 수 있음

숙소

- 숙소 미제공(개인부담)

KF  장학생 의무 사항

- 펠로십 종료 이후 3년간 년 1회 활동내역 보고(진학, 취업, 논문 및 번역 등의 학술성과 그 밖의 활동 내역)
